Pricing starting points

Clear ballparks before a sales pitch.

Every business website is a little different, but you should know the general range before wasting time. These are starting points; the first conversation decides what actually fits.

Consult-first pricing

Useful numbers without pretending every job is the same.

The structure is intentional: simple recurring care has a published starting point, while custom work, abandoned sites, email and DNS problems, hacked installs, ecommerce, and hosting messes need a short review before a real quote.

Starting at$125/mo

For businesses that already have a website and want someone watching the basics.

  • Updates and small content changes
  • Backups, SSL checks, and uptime awareness
  • A practical monthly review of what needs attention

Hosting + maintenance

Starting at$175/mo

For owners who want hosting, SSL, backups, and routine maintenance handled together.

  • Managed hosting setup or migration
  • SSL, DNS, and server housekeeping
  • Maintenance support without vendor mystery

SEO audit

Starting at$295

A focused search visibility review before spending money on ads, rebuilds, or thin SEO promises.

  • Page titles, descriptions, headings, and indexing checks
  • Google Business Profile and local citation review
  • Clear next-step list for local search improvements

Site rescue / repair

Diagnostic from$295

For broken forms, old hosting, expired certificates, hacked sites, vanished vendors, or confusing technical messes.

  • Find the real failure before quoting a rebuild
  • Stabilize urgent issues first
  • Plain-language repair plan with priorities

New small-business website

Projects typically start at$3,500

A clean, fast local business website built around trust, clarity, and easy contact.

  • Core pages, mobile layout, and contact paths
  • Technical SEO foundation and analytics setup
  • Launch support, hosting guidance, and maintenance options

Ecommerce / custom systems

After consultationQuoted

For catalog work, ecommerce, custom workflows, integrations, or anything with moving parts.

  • Scope comes before price
  • Complexity, data, payments, hosting, and operations reviewed first
  • Stripe, invoices, deposits, or subscriptions can be handled after agreement

Why custom work stays custom

A fixed price is only useful when the problem is actually fixed-size.

Old websites often come with surprises: outdated PHP, missing logins, unknown hosting, broken email, bad DNS, slow plugins, hacked files, no backups, or a site that was built around a workflow the business no longer uses.

That is why the first step is a practical review. If the job is simple, I will say so. If it needs careful scope, I will explain what changes the price before asking for a deposit or setting up Stripe payment. Extra repair work and larger update requests are quoted first or handled at an approved rate, typically $125/hour.

Payments

Online payment can come after the plan is clear.

This page is here to give you a useful ballpark before we talk. Deposits, invoices, one-time payments, or monthly maintenance can be handled securely online after we agree on the scope.
